Auditions for A Midsummer Night’s Dream
If you would like to get involved in our first ever outdoor production, make a note in your diary: we will be holding open auditions for William Shakespeare’s comedy A Midsummer Night’s Dream on Tuesday 3rd November 2026.
Auditions will be held at 7.30pm at St Mary le Wigford Church hall on St Mary’s Street, Lincoln next to railway station.
Everyone is free to audition, regardless of experience and whether or not you are a member.
If you would like to audition, please email the director Vicky Ashberry to ask for details of which scenes we will be reading.
If you can’t come on 3rd November please get in touch with Vicky and she will try to make alternative arrangements.
We will be performing A Midsummer Night’s Dream at Liquorice Park in Lincoln on Friday 2nd, Saturday 3rd, Friday 9th and Saturday 10th July 2027.
*** Venue / backstage / technical team ***
As this is an outdoor production we will be putting together a venue team and a backstage team, so we will need plenty of volunteers. If you don’t want a part but you’d still like to get involved, please email the Venue Manager Jez Ashberry.
